QUALITY, WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We accept exchanges and returns only in the event that the wrong item was delivered. Requests must be made within a maximum period of 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Requirements for Approval
- The customer must deliver the product to our physical boutique located at Parque España E-3 Urbanización Ucchullo Grande – Cusco – Perú, during business hours and with prior coordination.
- The product must be in pristine condition, exactly as delivered, and completely unused.
- All original accessories, packaging, and promotional materials must be presented in good condition.
- The original purchase receipt or invoice is mandatory.
- The product must pass a quality control inspection performed by our team.
- Exchanges outside the store/city/country: If an exchange requires shipping, all associated costs (shipping and duties) shall be borne by the customer.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects related to the primary materials (Silver and Gold).
Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to gemstones, natural or lab-grown stones, or seeds used in the jewelry.
Services included: Maintenance, stone resetting, or remanufacturing as required by our specialists.
Warranty Period: AmaruMayu Jewelry provides one (1) year of complementary maintenance and warranty, starting from the day the piece is delivered.
To Initiate a Warranty Claim: Please email gerencia@amarumayujoyerias.com including a clear photograph of the product highlighting the defect. Our team will evaluate the case and coordinate the next steps.
Restrictions
We will not accept products for exchange or warranty that:
- Show signs of use, damage, deterioration, or wear and tear.
- Are soiled or have been in contact with chemical substances (alcohol, perfume, acetone, etc.).
- Do not include original tags, packaging, or the corresponding invoice.
- Are outside the designated warranty period.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS
For products shipped internationally:
- Return expenses and potential customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping Data: The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any fees arising from data modification or correction will be charged to the customer.
TRANSIT DAMAGE
AmaruMayu Jewelry is not responsible for damages occurring during transit caused by third-party shipping companies.
UNCLAIMED PRODUCTS AND RESERVATIONS
Unclaimed Packages
Any additional costs associated with packages not picked up from courier or post offices will be the responsibility of the customer.
Reserves
Reserved products will be held for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, we are not liable for loss, theft, or other incidents.
